20 year imprisonment and Rp 500 million fine for Urip
Senior state prosecutor Urip Tri Gunawan was proven guilty for violating the 2001 Corruption Law for accepting bribe from Artalyta. He was senteced 20 years’ imprisonment and Rp 500 million fine.
Urip was also convicted of extorting Rp 1 billion through Reno Iskandarsyah from former chief of Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency Glenn Yusuf.
